It is made of high-strength, low-pressure polyethylene (HDPE), which provides the capacity with many advantages: reliability, resistance to atmospheric and mechanical impact, as well as the possibility of multiple use.
CONSTRUCTION
The polymer container itself is called a "Eurocube flask", however, in the complete design, it is complemented by a metal grid on the outside and a pallet for increased cargo security, that is transported. The tray can be metal, wooden or polymer. The flask is equipped with a neck diameter 15 centimeters, with cover and ventilation valve, and at the bottom is the drain tap.
As a rule, the weight of the Eurocube is approx 53 kilograms (plus minus 10 kilograms), and standard volume – 1000 liters. Thanks to the convenient and functional form, the container is easily filled, efficiently loaded into warehouses or platforms and optimally emptied, leaving minimal residual content. The metal crate prevents the formation of liquid waves and ensures better "adhesion" of Eurocubes with each other. If chemicals or technical fluids were previously stored and transported in it, then the substances ate into the polymer material, and even after thorough washing they cannot be removed – the water will be spoiled, if not poisoned. Secondly, before using a used Eurocube, it must be properly washed.
